Tom Lamoureux has nearly 20 years in the CloudSuite/Syteline ERP space as a consultative leader driving all phases of the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and planning through execution, reporting and support. Interfacing with clients to gather, analyze, and translate key requirements into targeted project strategy. He has directed ERP and technology integration projects for wide range of organizational clientele and has served in both in-house and consultative roles with a specialized background spearheading large-scale ERP implementations and ongoing management functions to ensure business and technology alignment.
Prior to his transition to a full time CloudSuite (Syteline) product specialist, he spent over 20 years in IT management enabling business innovation and growth within major companies through technology innovation. Tom was focused on defining and executing targeted IT strategy to enhance operations, streamline processes, and accelerate revenue growth and had great success building and implementing new ERP solutions in line with aggressive business requirements.
He was able to succeed in generating multimillion-dollar cost savings while positioning companies for unprecedented technology capabilities through agile project management, systems integration, and overall business improvement. Tom has a Bachelors degree from Providence College and has numerous certifications including a Six Sigma Green Belt.
George Archibald is a sales professional with great success in selling in the information technology and office automation space. At multiple companies his track record of success included the attainment of numerous sales achievement awards, including national sales leadership awards at Ricoh and the IBM 100% Club and the IBM Golden Circle awards.
His passion is to enable companies to acquire and implement technology to improve the operation and execution of their business model. George has enabled a number of companies to better use technology to reduce their costs of operation and make better business decisions in industries as diverse as Manufacturing, Automotive, Retail, Consumer Goods, Agriculture, and Utilities. He has considerable expertise in how companies use, store, manipulate, and access data including the fields of master data management, database security, data archival, ETL, and in the presentation of data.
He has a bachelor’s and master’s degrees in engineering and a master’s degree in business administration. He was selected for and completed the highly regarded IBM Client Executive program taught by faculty from the Harvard Business School. He has also taught classes in information technology at the college level and written several papers on how companies can better use information technology.
Venkat Jaganathan has over 15 years of experience of hands on development building custom solutions and web applications. Venkat has significant expertise and functional knowledge of the manufacturing industry. For the past 7 years he has developed custom modules for enterprise systems (specifically Infor CloudSuite Industrial/SyteLine).
As a senior delivery manager, Venkat oversees the Application Development, AWS Cloud Infrastructure and Integration teams.
Venkat is an early adopter of emerging technologies and enjoys researching and leveraging technology to drive productivity. He enjoys mentoring new programmers and helps them learn best practices to become successful developers.
Jay Janardhan has over 20 years of experience in Manufacturing and Information Systems.
Early in his career as a consultant with Symix Sytems and Infor, Jay has led several successful implementations of Enterprise Systems & custom solutions development for several Manufacturing organizations in the SMB sector. His core expertise is in the areas of Materials Management, Advanced Planning & Optimization, and Costing. Jay holds a Masters degree in Manufacturing Management from the university of Toledo, Ohio, an MBA in Corporate Finance and Operations Management and a Bachelors degree in Computer Science specializing in System Analysis and Application design. His other credentials include CPIM accreditation from APICS and PMP certification from Project Management Institute.
Sri Lakshmi is a Senior Technical Consultant who enjoys working with end users. Sri Lakshmi manages hosted applications and remote administration. Sri has expertise in SQL Administration & Development, Crystal Reports, SSRS and Cloud Administration. Sri Lakshmi has a Masters Degree in Computer Applications and is a SUN Certified Java Programmer.
Mahendran Palanisamy leads the Enterprise Resource Planning Application Development team. Mahendran is a well rounded developer with a strong background in .Net Development, SQL Server, Crystal Reports, and SSRS. He enjoys collaborating on customer requirements and developing a solution that works for the Customer. Mahendran has a Masters Degree in Computer Applications.
