At HB Performance Systems, we were modeling our business from one company into 4 strategic Business units. To align the information systems with our strategy, we decided to move from a single site to a Multi-site model with 4 sites. During the operations assessment, Jay Janardhan convinced us to also transition to the newer Syteline version as part of this transition. Jay lead the business process review sessions, planned the data conversion and cut over, developed the custom conversion programs in a very aggressive schedule over 4 months to meet our go-live date. Moving the go-live was never an option because of legal and accounting constraints. Our go-live was successful, on schedule and 20% below budget. I believe that this team’s commitment to the project & their wide techno-functional capabilities helped make this a successful ERP Implementation.
